“Now one of Clinton’s laws of politics is this: If one candidate’s trying to scare you and the other one’s trying to get you to think, if one candidate’s appealing to your fears and the other one’s appealing to your hopes, you better vote for the person who wants you to think and hope.” — Bill Clinton, supporting John Kerry during the 2004 presidential campaign

And when every candidate wants to scare you and appeal to your fears, and no candidate makes you think or gives you any hope at all?
Obviously, Clinton’s laws don’t apply to persons named Clinton.
It’s amazing how prior statements can come around to bite you in the butt. At this point, I kind of think they’re just trying to become the kennedy’s 2.0. But with his brother messing up down in Florida, she’s the last great hope for them for at least 10 years.
But the kennedy’s seem to lead with inspiration. I may not always share their vision, but I will say that they lead with love and ideas, not hate. And we’re all tired of hate. So Billary is going down.
