    This might be true Jeff, but it’s not exactly a great thing as he notes that corporations are using technology to beat the law. For every upside, there is a downside I’m afraid.

    The upside is that one of our own high profile jurists understands and realises that the problem exists. There are few upsides, if any, to the problem itself.
