As a result of discussion among some .au Ubuntu fans, I have proposed new startup and shutdown sounds for Ubuntu 7.10, Gusty Gibbon. Fully functional on Fisty Fawn, too! Might bring some mirth to poor folks locked in a Seville hotel.
