Open Standards Definition Checklist

Excellent starting point for an “Open Standards Definition” from Sun, by Susy Struble. Definitely something we’re going to need, considering the nefarious maneuvering from Microsoft around OOXML in recent weeks. Will ECMA adopt something like this?
