Say it isn’t so….
I suspect a good bunch of people to ask about .mkv vs. .ogg would be the anime fansubbing people, who are mostly in the process of moving off .avi at the moment, and seem to be moving to .mkv (usually wrapping H264 video and AAC audio, but occasionally Vorbis audio) almost without exception…
