Mugshot on Ubuntu

Been mucking around with Mugshot this morning, checking out what Havoc and the gang have been doing all this time. I’ve really missed their participation in GNOME, and I hope that, now the Mugshot curtain is lifted, they don’t disappear into another Red Hat orifice. Bummer that we won’t be seeing them at GUADEC.

In the mean time, I’ve created some packages of the Mugshot client for Ubuntu. Works on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper Drake), despite being filed under edgy. ;-) Stick that in your sources.list and apt-get install mugshot. Then you’ll have to beg and grovel for a login. Or build the server.
