Congratulations everyone! Another fantastic, to-the-day, awesome-new-stuff release. 2.14 rates very highly on my list of Best GNOME Releases Ever.
I’m particularly impressed by the performance work that landed for 2.14, and continues for 2.16. It may seem exciting only in the abstract for those of us who’ve been following 2.13, but get ready for a lot of love when our users start upgrading en-masse. I’ve had some great feedback from people who’ve upgraded from Breezy to Dapper in the last couple of weeks — 2.14 feels awesome.
