I often have the same horrible worry clanking around in my head, but I generally come to this conclusion:
Everyone has their own skills, so contributing where you can and where you are most useful, is good in itself. But you need to show some Superman-style chutzpah: You have to use your ’special powers’ for good.
Neatly, this conclusion allows me to don a cape, and take my clothes off in telephone booths. The Power of Free Software in action.
